JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced ad editor for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Tiktok ads to create video driven ad units for a luxury beauty brand.

You need to be able to take existing video content in our library (from UGC creators and from photo shoots) and create ads that follow a creative template or storyboard provided by our creative strategist. You also need to understand basics of DTC marketing and how to create an engaging ad using various video editing tools to put the clips together, add music, voiceover tracks, text overlays, etc.

Please do not apply unless you have substantial video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or FinalCut (simple tools like Canva are not sufficient). My main criteria is someone that has edited social media UGC video ads before for either IG or Tiktok and has a lot of familiarity with what works well. I'm not looking for Youtube or corporate video editors. Very different style.

You need to be able to work independently and problem solve without too much guidance or hand holding. You will get access and training on several tools to help with this but it is critical that you have previous experience creating video ads on platforms like Meta or Tiktok.

Please attach your editing portfolio to your message. We will be prioritizing editors who attach examples of UGC ads they have edited for in the beauty/self-care niche as well as those whose portfolio features editing geared towards women based products.
