E-Bay Specialist

WatchNation, a UK-based online watch retailer with a global reach, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced eBay Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimising eBay listings, creating and managing global shipping rules, driving international sales, creating ads, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full eBay channel management role, and experience with a central management system for stock and listing management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage listings: Create, optimise, and manage eBay listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and compelling visuals.
Optimise sales: Implement strategies to boost sales and conversion rates, including keyword research, A/B testing, and promotions.
Analyse data: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimise listings, and measure success.
Analyse competitors: Monitor competitor activity and identify areas for improvement.
Drive optimized ads: Collaborate with our internal marketing team to develop and implement effective eBay advertising campaigns.
Manage shipping: Create and manage international shipping templates to maximise sales opportunities.
Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in eBay sales and marketing, ideally with international sales experience.
Solid understanding of eBay policies and procedures, including shipping rules and templates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with eBay seller tools and analytics.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Chrono24, Vinted) is a plus.

Note: Our internal team handles customer service initially. This responsibility will transition to you after a probationary/training period.
