We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office 365 Administrator to join our team. We are a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing top-tier IT services and solutions. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in managing, building, and migrating Office 365 environments, including Azure and Entra administration.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Perform Office 365 migrations, including planning, testing, and execution of migrations from on-premises and third-party environments.
- Configure, manage, and support Office 365 security and compliance tools, including data loss prevention (DLP), auditing, and retention policies.
- Oversee Azure Active Directory (AD) management, including user account provisioning, licensing, groups, and role-based access controls.
- Manage and support Entra (formerly Microsoft Identity Manager) for identity synchronization, security policies, and user access.
- Perform Office 365 tenant setup, domain configuration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 services and Azure AD, providing timely resolution.
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage, generating reports for capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new Office 365 features and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Entra (Microsoft Identity Management).
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 migrations, including hybrid configurations and cloud-only environments.
- Solid understanding of Office 365 security features, including MFA, conditional access, and role-based access controls.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 management and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving issues related to Office 365 and Azure AD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, MS-100, or AZ-104 are a plus.
The following experience and skills are extremely beneficial:
- Exposure to compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, maintaining system and data standards.
- Track regulatory adherence, offering suggestions for compliance enhancement.
- Possess an understanding of compliance procedures, with the capability to support audits and assessments.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, and ITGlue
- Expertise in large-scale automation and deployment platforms.

Working hours are from 8 am Central time to 5 pm Central time
