We seek an experienced and driven Bilingual Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be critical in identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective clients. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to navigate diverse markets and engage with clients across different cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and research potential leads using various online tools and platforms.
? Generate and qualify new business leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, social media engagement, and other lead-generation strategies.
? Build and maintain a database of qualified leads in CRM software.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored outreach campaigns for different client segments.
? Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients, nurturing leads until they are ready to move through the sales pipeline.
? Develop strategies to improve lead generation processes and increase conversion rates.
? Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
? Stay up to date with industry trends and market changes to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

? Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
? Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
? Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
? Experience in a staffing, recruitment, or service-based business is a plus.
