Real Estate Cold Calling Appointment Setter

We’re looking to hire 2 more tea ---------- mbers to join our team in our cold calling appointment setting specialist role as direct hires. Maybe you? We are a growing SaaS with a text and voice messaging CRM platform for real estate professionals serving US customers.

You will have plenty of training and collaboration with colleagues to guarantee your success in this role. You’ll be joining an established marketing team and initially using a third-party dialer app daily to contact prospects. Within your first 3 months of employment you’ll be using our own dialer app.

Required qualifications (please, apply only if you have all of them):

- Past real estate cold calling/appointment setter experience (required!)
- Excellent communication and conversational skills both written and verbal
- Proficient or Native level English-speaking
- Available and willing to work US hours
- You’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
- You must be a coachable individual, personal in your communications, consistent in your performance, a great team player, and accountable for your work

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience using JustCall and HubSpot
- Experience using texting and calling software

What you’ll do:

- Have personal phone conversations with our prospects via a third-party dialer app
- Dial a minimum of 400 calls a day and answer inbound calls
- Schedule a minimum of 5 calls weekly (at 10 a week you're proficient, top performers schedule 20+ a week)
- Follow-up via text and calls with leads who are interested and schedule them for a call
- Send all scheduled leads to our sales team who will call them
- Work a minimum of 40 hours/week between 10AM - 7pm EST on weekdays
