We are looking for a talented and passionate professional to strengthen our growing team.
As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for editing videos.

Responsibilities:
Professional editing of video footage with an eye for detail and aesthetics;
Your editing reflects our organization's message and identity.

Your profile:
You have completed a relevant AV training course and can show us your diploma;
You have at least 2 years of experience with editing videos;
You can work with Adobe Première/ Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve and/or CyberLink PowerDirector and/or Apple Final Cut Pro or other professional video editing software;
As a professional you have invested in a license to one of the above mentioned software, or are willing to invest in a license once we start working together;
It is an advantage if you have experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop;
You are stress resistant, you can switch quickly and you can think in terms of problem solving;
You are flexible, creative & pro-active;
You can work in an orderly and structured manner;
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
You are driven and want to keep learning by/for yourself;
You have knowledge of video/multimedia;
You have an eye for detail and a resourceful mentality;
You are independent and you take responsibility for your work;
You have good communication skills and talk to us if something is not clear to you.

The job
Hours
±20 hours per week to start with, with the possibility of expansion to 30-40 hrs in the future.
You keep track of your worked hours.

Working Time
It's mostly flexible, unless certain posts/video’s need to be edited before a deadline.

Salary
First month $500 for 20 hours per week.
We pay per hour ($6.25).
If we are satisfied after that first month, salary increases are possible.

We are Tantra Secrets Academy and are situated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Tantra Secrets aims to bring the ancient mystical secrets of Tantra to the modern world in order to facilitate deeper connection to our authentic self and to express our uniqueness in the manifestation of this life.

Tantra into Zouk is a daughter concept to introduce age-old spiritual practices into Zouk dancing, to assist dancers to connect on a deep spiritual level. Techniques & methods will be presented to Zoukers to enhance awareness & achieve the mystical state of Flow.

Our team
We currently have 4-6 people who assist Roger (the owner) in the workshops and retreats. Our team also consists of a VA, 2 video-/photographers and a Video Content Manager.

Spiritual workshop history
We have been giving these workshops for 6 years now and the number of participants is still growing.

In General
The company is currently still small, which has pro's and con's. The biggest pro is that there is enormous potential for growth.
