We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our startup call center The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness, In Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage customer inquiries.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and promote company initiatives.



Working Hours: Monday through Friday:
5 hours EST. part-time for now until we grow. pay from G-cash or Remitly You will get paid every week. holiday bonus & Company raise.
