Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Airtable expert to assist with optimizing and automating our workflows. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Airtable and similar tools, including database management, automation, and integration with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage complex relational databases within Airtable.

• Automate workflows and integrate Airtable with tools like Zapier and Slack.

• Create and manage advanced formulas for custom fields.

• Set up and manage permission levels for different users.

• Collaborate with teams and manage multiple users in Airtable projects.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights.

• Work with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Create custom scripts or utilize Airtable’s scripting block to solve problems.

• Prior experience with legal projects or law firms is a bonus but not required, provided the candidate has worked on similar complex projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience automating workflows within Airtable.

• Strong expertise in integrating Airtable with third-party tools.

• Excellent skills in building relational databases and managing user permissions.

• Ability to create detailed reports, dashboards, and advanced formulas.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

• Experience with scripting in Airtable is a plus.

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in law firms or on legal projects, or similar industries.
