Immediate Hire for Creative and Artistic Web Developer (home-based)

We need an immediate talented creative/artistic web designer who loves what they do. The position is a home-based job.

Requirements:

-Good command of English
-Real expert with WordPress
-Strong knowledge of CSS + HTML s a must, while skills in PHP/MySql, and Joomla is of great advantage.
-Expert Photoshop- able to take an existing Photoshop design, modify it, and turn it to a fully functional standard compliant site.
-Excellent ability to do all of the graphics design components of web design, graphics, pictures, logo etc.
-Must have fast computer and internet connection (At least 1 MBPS)
-SEO- some experience a plus

Must be able to use a project management system named Base Camp: http://basecamphq.com/tour/
Kindly view site tour to familiarize yourself with project the management system. You will also be required to use the Time Tracking Tool feature to optimize your time management of projects.

*It is also significant that the applicant can understand
instructions once and can work with minimal supervision.

40 hrs+ per week (work hrs. scheduled to be determined) Must have Skype access and microphone required during all business hours. Must be very reliable, able to work 5 days per week and at times on Saturday to meet required deadlines.

Compensation:
15,000 PHP per month
10% raise after 8 weeks
Significant quarterly bonus once our business grows
