Community Manager

We have an app called Scorp , 15sec video based social community app which has 5M active users in Europe and trying to expand Philippines. We are looking for University students in Philippines who can build up a team of 20 people. These people should do few little tasks every day like posting videos every day on scorp(they will get paid also). I am waiting for freelancers who want this job.
