Someone who can setup new FaceBook ad accounts

I'm a marketing agency and I need someone who can setup new FB ad accounts for my clients. I have all the ads and ad copy including audiences that I need to be added to the new ad accounts. We plan on getting 100 new clients this year and 1,000 new clients next year.
