Job Overview:
We are a California-based Construction company seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our sales pipeline and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Research and identify potential leads through two CRM channels (GoHighLevel)
-Utilize lead generation tools and CRM systems to track and manage prospects effectively.
-Engage with potential leads via phone call, texting,
-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they meet the target customer profile.
Appointment Setting:
-Schedule appointments for the sales team by coordinating with prospects to find mutually convenient times.
-Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both prospects and sales representatives.
Lead Nurturing:
-Maintain regular follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to convert, providing additional information and building relationships.
-Manage a pipeline of leads and track progress towards conversion.
Customer Service:
-Provide exceptional customer service and support during initial interactions to create a positive impression of the company.
Address any inquiries or concerns from prospects in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English REQUIRED.
-Proven experience in a lead generation or appointment setting role, preferably in a sales or B2B environment.
-Experience using a CRM such as GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
