Job Description:
As a Technical QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and validating websites and graphics to ensure they are free of errors, visually accurate, and fully functional across all platforms and devices. Your role will include a combination of manual testing, automated testing, and design verification. You will work closely with web developers, designers, and project managers to ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations before they are sent to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify any bugs, functional issues, or design inconsistencies.
Ensure that all graphics meet the required design specifications and standards.
Test websites across different browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure compatibility.
Review and approve layouts, images, and design elements to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test plans and bug reports.
Collaborate with the development and design teams to resolve any identified issues.
Ensure all deliverables meet performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in QA testing for websites and graphics.
Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Experience with browser developer tools and responsive design testing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle design discrepancies.
Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, BrowserStack, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Bonus Skills:

Experience in automation testing.
Familiarity with website performance testing and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
