Brain Health USA, a leading mental health practice, is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Verification Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will verify patients' insurance benefits to ensure accurate billing and coverage for mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance verification and be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:
Verify patients’ insurance coverage and benefits for mental health services
Accurately input and update insurance information into the system
Communicate with insurance companies to clarify coverage, co-pays, and deductibles
Coordinate with the billing department to ensure proper coding and claim submissions
Provide patients with clear information on their coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses
Maintain thorough documentation of all communications and verification results
Stay updated on insurance policies, coverage changes, and regulations in mental health care
Requirements:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Experience in verifying insurance benefits, particularly for mental health services
Strong understanding of various insurance plans and coverage policies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Prior experience in medical billing or benefits verification is preferred
