Josu is an artisanal flavored salt brand inspired by Korean cuisine, crafted using traditional methods on our family farm on South Korea’s Imjado Island. Our mission is to bring unique, vibrant flavors to kitchens around the world. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Growth Marketer to help us reach more customers, optimize our marketing efforts, and increase retention. This is a role for someone with demonstrated experience, not a virtual assistant.

- Landing Pages & Product Listings: Optimize product listings and create high-converting landing pages that highlight the unique story and value of Josu’s flavored salts.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run tests to improve marketing performance, from subject lines and ad creatives to landing page layouts. Use data to inform and improve future campaigns.
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and customer feedback loops to increase repeat purchases.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, identify trends, and report on KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role, particularly in eCommerce or CPG (consumer packaged goods). This is not an entry-level or virtual assistant position.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies,
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and ad management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to create innovative marketing campaigns and retention strategies.
- Passion for food, especially artisan or specialty products, is a plus!
Hours & Compensation:
- This is a part-time, remote position estimated at 15-20 hours per week, with potential for growth based on results.
- Competitive hourly rate or project-based compensation, commensurate with experience.
