Client Phone Sales Manager

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly motivated Phone Sales Manager to join our team. As a Phone Sales Manager, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services, and booking/scheduling initial consultations and appointments for our clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development efforts and help drive sales.

```Responsibilities```

- Receive inbound inquiries and calls from prospective customers

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers

- Engage in warm calling techniques to build rapport and establish relationships

- Provide information about our products and services

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Book initial consultations and appointments for the appropriate clinic locations

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or similar software

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

```Experience```

- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or healthcare sales is required

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- MUST SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH, Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

- Familiarity with Zoho, Go High Level, or similar CRM software is a plus

- Comfortable with outbound calling and making cold/warm calls
