Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Tailwind UI/UX Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on frontend development, consuming APIs from a Ruby on Rails backend, while also contributing to other development tasks as needed. Expertise in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS is essential. The developer will play a key role in building modern and responsive user interfaces that drive a seamless user experience.

7am - 4pm Philippine Time (1 hour lunch)
Monday - Friday USA Time
13th Month Included

Responsibilities

- Frontend Development: Design and implement user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS.
- API Integration: Consume APIs provided by the Ruby on Rails backend to ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to align on functionality and UI/UX goals.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Maintain high code quality through best practices and participate in code reviews with the team.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of frontend components to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for frontend features and components.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on ReactJS and Tailwind CSS.
- At least 1 year of experience working with APIs from Ruby on Rails backends.

Compensation

112,000 PHP per Month
