We’re seeking an awesome Intake Paralegal who has a solid understanding of IP and a legal background to bring even more flair to our lively crew!

The Role:
As our Intake Paralegal, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, fielding inquiries like a pro. You’ll draft legal documents, schedule appointments with our rockstar attorneys, and keep our systems running smoother than a well-oiled machine.

- IP Knowledge: A knack for intellectual property law, especially trademarks, is essential!
- Legal Background: A paralegal certificate or relevant experience is a great plus.
- Communication Rockstar: You’ve got the gift of gab and can write like a pro, all while keeping it friendly and professional.
- Tech-Savvy: Online tools are your playground, and you pick up new ones faster than a cat on a laser pointer.

Additional Information:
MUST BE AVAILABLE: 9 AM - 6 PM US Pacific Time
Location: Remote (work in your PJs if you want, except on Aloha Fridays!)
Technology Requirements: Personal computer, a working headset with noise cancellation, and a reliable internet connection.
