Outreach Coordinator for Speaking and Grants

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator for Speaking and Grants to help pitch and secure opportunities for speaking engagements and grant applications. This part-time role will focus on researching relevant opportunities, drafting proposals, and submitting pitches to expand our presence in the industry and secure additional funding for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Speaking Engagement Pitching:

Research and identify relevant speaking opportunities in the toy industry and related fields.
Draft and submit tailored pitches to event organizers and conference coordinators.
Manage follow-ups and ensure all necessary materials (bio, headshots, presentation outlines) are submitted on time.
Grant Research and Application:

Research available grants related to toy creation, entrepreneurship, and education.
Draft and submit grant applications, ensuring alignment with grant criteria.
Keep track of deadlines and application requirements for each grant.
Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain a pipeline of submitted pitches and grant applications.
Provide regular status updates and reports on progress.
Manage communication with potential clients, event organizers, and grant bodies.
