We are looking for a conveyancer/transaction coordinator for a realtor in the US. Previous experience in conveyancing is a plus, but not required
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing agreements and other paperwork.
• Coordinate with parties involved
• Review contracts and other documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Keep track of tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth transaction from offer/listing to closing
• Other administrative duties
Candidate MUST:
• Communicate well in English
• Be detail-oriented
• Super organized
• Have great customer service/support
• Have a sense of urgency
• Know how to read and analyze information
• Be responsive and can work independently
• Have a dedicated workspace
Availability:
• Shift: EST, we can talk more about your availability during the interview
• 20-40 hours per week,
• Willing to do weekend shifts if needed, especially on Saturdays (Sunday in the PH)
