Software Tester Virtual Assistant

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a skilled Software Tester Virtual Assistant to join our team. As we continue to develop and improve our software solutions, we need a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to help us test and ensure the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
Identify and report bugs, glitches, and any issues in the software.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
Write clear and concise bug reports.
Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.).
Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.
Communicate test results and issues to relevant tea ---------- mbers.
Collaborate with the development team for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a related role.
Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of automated testing tools is a bonus but not required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
