Virtual Assistant with Trucking/Freight Experience

As a Freight/Trucking Virtual Assistant/Dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients. Your responsibilities will include dispatching drivers, optimizing routes, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch Operations: Efficiently dispatch drivers for freight loads, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track the status of shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and addressing any delays or issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all freight activities, including driver logs, shipment details, and delivery confirmations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve logistical or operational challenges that arise during the dispatch process.
• Compliance: Ensure all dispatch and operational activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in freight dispatching, trucking operations, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of logistics, route planning, and transportation management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with dispatch and logistics software (TMS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable computer setup.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL) services.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software (DAT).
• Basic knowledge of DOT and CSA regulations
• Strong ability to use PC with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other programs
• Must have negotiation skills

Pay:
• Php 20,000 to Php 40,000/month
