JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing startup dedicated to helping people discover and fulfill their life's purpose. We are seeking a talented and purpose-driven Social Media Content Manager to join our team. Your role will be to manage and execute our social media strategy, creating and curating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while building meaningful engagement with our community.

You will play a key part in launching and managing our social media presence and drive traffic to our quiz funnel and courses. The ideal candidate will be someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We are looking for someone who aligns with our growth mindset and is passionate about purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:


Facebook
:
Manage new personal and business profiles
Create and post content 3-5 times per week
Engage with followers and foster community interaction
Share personal reflections, company milestones, and client testimonials
Post Facebook Live videos and share YouTube content

Instagram:
Manage personal and business profiles
Post 3-5 times per week, including daily reflections and content related to our courses
Share ---------- s, quotes, and client breakthroughs

YouTube:
Create a content plan for daily videos, including course frameworks, guest interviews, and client testimonials
Build and manage the business channel, optimizing for engagement and traffic

LinkedIn:
Update personal and business profiles
Prepare the page for paid ads and future content

Content Calendar Management:
Adhere to a detailed social media content calendar (provided) with daily posts across platforms
Develop original content based on course materials

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for educational or coaching platforms
Strong content creation skills, with an eye for design and storytelling
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content strategy
Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to review and understand course materials to develop relevant content
Experience managing and growing social media profiles organically
Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
