JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development through strategic outreach and relationship-building within the dental sector.

Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging decision-makers at DSOs, FQHCs, and private dental practices to create opportunities for locum and permanent dental staffing placements. You will work closely with the recruitment teams to build a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect Identification & Outreach:
Research and identify decision-makers (e.g., HR managers, clinic directors, office managers) at DSOs, FQHCs, and private dental practices.
Develop targeted lead lists using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry databases).
Execute outreach strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) to introduce services and build relationships with potential clients.
Lead Nurturing & Management:
Qualify leads and schedule initial discovery calls.
Track all lead interactions, communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, staffing challenges, and the competitive landscape within the dental sector.
Identify new potential markets and opportunities for business growth.
Sales & Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, content development, and other marketing initiatives to support lead generation.
Provide feedback on the quality and conversion of leads to continuously refine lead-generation processes.
Reporting & KPIs:
Track and report on key performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales pipeline growth.
Use data-driven insights to refine lead-generation strategies and improve performance.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a lead generation or business development role, preferably in a B2B setting.
Experience within the healthcare, dental, or staffing/recruitment industry is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-level decision-makers.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand client needs and communicate the value of staffing services in solving their recruitment challenges.
