Order manager

Hi all, we're signals. A reddit marketing agency. We're hiring an order manager to help fulfill our orders.

The Order Manager is responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately and efficiently processed by the automation or manually by themselves in the event of an automation failure. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with internal teams.

To process any notifications on the orders-to-review channel. This includes:
- AutoUpvote Orders - will propose a few modifications to its SOP so it can be fully automated and removed from this list.
- Product Hunt orders
- Checking on delays and following up with supplier and/or process them when needed.
- To review the errors the automation returns and ensure delivery by following through and intervening as required. Errors include but is not limited to:
- To communicate with farmers to ensure the comments delivered at par with Signals standards, customer instructions are followed and are delivered without delays(Farmers are given 1 hour to deliver a comment). If needed, OMs are required to redo or correct comments if they get deleted after the farmers have endorsed the comment orders.
- To process custom orders in accordance with the varying preferences/instructions each custom order customer has.
- Aside from Reddit votes, comments and polls, OMs are required to process Quora and PH orders as they come

This is a 40 hr / week role. We don't have a high volume of work during these shifts, but when we do - the work needs to be done quickly.

We have 17 hours of total shifts/day available. Please indicate what hours you can take in EST time for work.
