Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth collaboration between our team in the US and our factories in China. You will oversee the tracking and management of production orders, maintain organized and accurate spreadsheets, and communicate with our Chinese manufacturing partners. Experience with Alibaba is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the progress of all production orders, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Maintain detailed and organized spreadsheets tracking order status, shipping schedules, and factory communications.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with factories in China via email, chat, or phone in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Collaborate with the US team during working hours (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM CT) to update on order progress and address any supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with factories to solve problems related to production delays, quality issues, or supply shortages.
- Ensure all product specifications are met and approved before shipping.
- Utilize Alibaba and other sourcing platforms for vendor management, if applicable.
- Work to continuously improve supply chain processes and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in supply chain management, order tracking, or production coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers and familiarity with Alibaba is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working the assigned shift hours (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM CT).
