Primary Responsibilities:
• We are seeking an influencer marketer passionate about Instagram and TikTok to join our team. The iHeartRaves Influencer Marketing Assistant will report to our Associate Marketing Director and Influencer Coordinator and assist with influencer outreach and campaigns for iHeartRaves.

• Actively keep a pulse on top and emerging creators across Instagram and TikTok to identify influencers who align with our brand.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners based on engagement, expected impressions, and content quality.
• Lead, compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements.
• Manage the influencer discovery, outreach, and sending gifting packages.
• Manage data collection and analysis.
• Assist with launch campaigns for collections.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing/social media.
• Strong understanding of current Instagram + TikTok trends
• Knowledge of US fashion, culture + music trends
• Passion for influencer marketing and product gifting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Great at building and maintaining relationships with influencers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize according to positive impact on the brand overall.

Nice to Haves:
• Experience with negotiating influencer contracts.
• Passion and knowledge of festival/rave fashion + culture.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Familiar with influencer management software, such as Aspire.

Preferred Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: PHP 58,000.00 - PHP 116,000.00 per month
