Hello! I’m Carlos. I’m the technical co-founder. I’m the only one in the team that studied Computer Science. In the link below, as part of the form, we have recorded a video, so you can know us a bit better before d ---------- if you want to join our family.

In summary… We understand the company as a tool to grow together personally and professionally. Anyway, there are a few Filipinos in the team already, so you will probably get a better picture by talking with them.

We rarely do online meetings. We prefer asynchronous communication like chatting over Telegram or recording short videos sharing the screen. That also means that you have quite a lot of freedom to choose when to work.

We are NOT looking for someone super specialized in something specific. We are looking for someone with multiple broad technical skills. That guy who can create a landing page to get leads in our own domain quickly (the landing should also have a minimum of style, design, to be trusting). In Particular, we have a lifetime license of wishpond (which I know is NOT super famous, so I do NOT expect you to know about it). But I do expect that you have that technical fluidity to learn about it or anything technical quickly.

Ah! We expect to send Google Ads (or Youtube Ads) to those landings. I learnt it myself, so it should be easy for you to learn as well with my support when you have doubts (unless you already know!).

We also have a WordPress website that we don’t touch much besides updating plugins and downloading a backup monthly.

And we are creating something new with Unity3D (platform to create videogames). Again, I do NOT expect you to know about this platform or creating games. I do NOT expect you to focus your time in learning about creating games either. But who knows, maybe you would like to learn a bit, so just sharing too.

Then… We publish the game with Google Play / App Store. We also have an API to register users… Help in “fighting” with the different technical challenges is appreciated. That’s why we have called this role internally as “technical warrior”.

Therefore, that person should be able to:
• Super open and motivated to “fight” with different “technical” challenges.
• Knowing to code is a plus, but actually if you know about no-code maybe it’s even better (as that may help to create things quicker than coding). Anyway, at least some basic coding skills are needed (otherwise you will be super limited). I mean: some basic html or even some basic Javascript (at least to be able to search for solutions on google/stackoverflow or ChatGPT)
• Another plus is being familiar with ChatGPT or Claude… It just accelerates anything if you are used to interacting with those AIs. But if you don’t know, and you still believe that this is your job… You will take a big step getting used to using those IA like most workmates already do!
• Sometimes this role may be perfect for a digital marketer with some scarfs in the real world (specially creating landings that capture emails). But a web developer may fit as well. Open to learning and executing quickly is the key :)
• We expect you to firstly try to find a solution by yourself (Google, ChatGPT). If you don’t find a solution, we expect that you ask questions, ask for help. We are a team with different skills and knowledge. We expect you to share your problems/issues, so we can help to solve them. Please do not disappear when you don’t know or understand something. We are all humans. We don’t always know or understand everything either!

At the beginning we will delegate you tasks with low responsibility, and we will ask you to work less hours. Hopefully sooner than later, you will get more responsibility, more hours of work and higher retribution because you become the leader we need!
