Digital Marketing Specialist/Media Buyer for Healthcare Niche

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist/Media Buyer to join our growing Boutique Digital Marketing Agency! YOU MUST have a proven track record of running high-performance META (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for healthcare clients (LOCAL BUSINESSES, NOT ECOMMERCE OR ONLINE PROGRAMS!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage effective and highly targeted META ad campaigns for our healthcare clients (chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths).
- Develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content to engage and convert target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, optimizing for the best possible ROI and client KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine strategies to maximize ad performance.
- Collaborate with a team of talented marketers to build and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
- Provide clear, insightful reports to your support manager, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
