Product Sourcer - Alibaba

You Will:

• Product Sourcing: Research and identify potential suppliers and manufacturers. Evaluate their capabilities and product offerings to ensure they meet our quality and cost requirements.
• Supplier Communication: Maintain effective communication with suppliers to address any issues related to orders, quality, or delivery.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of all sourcing activities, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, inventory levels, and procurement performance. Solid understanding of technical specifications.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive pricing.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to understand their image and detail requirements.
You Must Have:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with procurement software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with global supply chain processes, market trends, and product quality standards.
• Education: Relevant certification or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.

You Must Have:

•Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in product sourcing, particularly in Alibaba or Made in China platform is a must.
