Client Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client Project Manager to oversee and manage client-facing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving project success.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire project lifecycle, following up with clients and internal staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. If you're a proactive self-starter with strong project management and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple client projects from initiation through completion.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
• Client Feedback: Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and work proactively to resolve them, keeping clients informed at all stages.
• Reporting: Provide regular status reports to clients and management on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued business and satisfaction post-project completion.

Requirements
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client success roles (3+ years preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with clients in various industries
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Web Development or Marketing Agencies
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
• Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management
