Level - entry-level to lead sourcer or recruiter

We will be adding an independent contract recruiter to our team. We are looking for someone who loves the idea of matching great people with great careers, online research, marketing, and engaging with potential talent via email, text, phone, and in-person. It is rewarding work knowing you've helped someone advance in their career. Key industries we work in: Film, digital media, podcasting, gaming, architecture, engineering, construction, healthcare, nursing, behavioral health.

What you will do:
Research and source candidates via our ATS, LinkedIn, and other data sources via creating email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn messaging campaigns managed within our ATS
Chat/text (SMS) with job applicants and candidates we re-engage
Develop sourcing campaigns using CRM for automation scripts for email, SMS, and phone
Source applicants via multiple professional and social networks and tools

College/university graduate is the ideal level for this role but is not required.
