Job description
Ensures that assigned area or field is covered for all sales activities (house visit, collect applications, and TODA visit);
Serves as the contact person for prospective clients;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features;
Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
Has knowledge of products to be offered and discussed available options;
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
Build productive trust relationships with customers;
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design);
Prepare day-to-day reports, trackers and logs relative to all sales activity performed for the day;
Work closely with Credit Operations Department to ensure proper and prompt updates on sales activities.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate or college level;
At least 1-2 years experience as sales staff
Has a valid driver’s license
Can drive and has his/her own Motorcycle
Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
Willing to work in Antipolo
Willing to work on weekends if necessary
