JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
As a Loan Processor specializing in Non-QM loans, you will be responsible for managing the loan process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for our clients. You will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary documentation, verify information, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Review loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Analyze credit, income, asset, and property documentation to determine borrower eligibility.
Ensure all loan conditions are met and that files are complete and accurate before submission to underwriting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Non-QM loan products, programs, and underwriting guidelines.
Monitor loan pipeline and manage multiple files to ensure timely processing and closing.
Address any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively to avoid delays in the loan process.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and tea ---------- mbers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in loan processing, with a strong focus on Non-QM loans.
Solid understanding of Non-QM loan products, guidelines, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in loan processing software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing guidelines and regulations.
