Responsibilities & Tasks
- Social Media experience

- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing influencer talent, brainstorming creative concepts, and conducting research on social media trends.

- Pitching & Outreach: Manage and execute pitch emails to brands on behalf of our influencers, maintaining and developing relationships with potential brand partners.

- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage The Arte Agency's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure The Arte Agency remains at the forefront of industry innovations.

- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, file management, and calendar organization, ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand partners, and media contacts, providing excellent communication and support throughout campaign processes.

- Self-Starter: Show the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, taking charge of tasks and responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

- Strong Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with influencers, brand partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers.

- Exceptional Writing Skills: Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for pitch emails, social media posts, and campaign materials. Ability to adapt writing style to fit different tones and audiences.
