Role Overview:

This is a high-level design role, not just about logos or book covers.
You will be creating eye-catching and high-converting visual assets for our marketing, product launches, and brand identity.
The position offers a competitive base monthly salary plus a retainer.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative designs for digital advertising, social media, packaging, and product visuals.
Work with marketing teams to produce engaging visuals that align with brand strategy.
Utilize Adobe Suite, Midjourney, and other relevant design tools to create high-quality graphics.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create consistent, on-brand graphics.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a high-level Graphic Designer in eCommerce or related fields.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Midjourney.
A portfolio showcasing your experience in product design, advertising creatives, and other relevant graphic work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
A keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
