COLD CALLER NEEDED - REAL ESTATE

20+ Hours, Part Time with potential to Full Time Work.
I'm looking for someone to call for 4 hours (at any time) during the hours of 9am to 5pm in the Eastern Time Zone.
I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any of my leads. You must speak good English and be willing to keep people on the phone, handle objections, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls.
WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING.

Top Tasks:
-Call new and old Expired Listings, FSBOs and FRBOs on a multi-dialer I will provide.
-Cold call property owners in my Circle Prospecting area.
-Set in person Listing Appointments.
-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want to sell
-Follow up with leads that say they want to sell multiple times
-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become "Warm Leads"

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every listing appointment you set and every deal that closes.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will start part-time during a “trial period” and will increase your hours gradually to full time work if productivity levels are satisfactory
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

I have been working for the top producer real estate agent in Keller Williams Miami Beach office for a year. I am moving on now to be a solo agent myself. I live in Miami and am focused heavily on my work and growth in my business. Our main focus is getting as many seller leads as possible through cold calling.
