Team Outsource is seeking a interactive Graphic Designer. Must be proficient in all the tools of designing. Candidate must have good understanding of visual designing and be able to perform all the task given by our in-house design team.

Job Description:

Create new, user-focused navigation's schemes and interaction design for software products using both low and high fidelity prototypes and wire-frames as basis for design.

Implement visual design to support quick-to-code agile environment, providing solutions based on style guide and understanding of user research, feedback, and testing.

Design product interface (s) and provide new sets of assets for the productProvide actionable feedback to development team through product testing and visual QA for product releases.

Design in a mobile-first responsive environment.Overlay visual design with an eye of simplicity, organization, and understanding of the customer and product.

Produce polished mock-ups based on wire-frames for client review.

Produce high-fidelity prototypes using industry leading prototyping tools Collaborate with the Design Director on the visual design execution of key interactions.

Design offline marketing collateral such as brochures, billboards and visiting cards Design eye-catching web and mobile banners for display ad campaigns Design imagery for email, social media campaigns and contests Translate written ad briefs or wire-frames into finished ads, ready to be uploaded to ad networks Create imagery for landing pages where we will showcase our products Fulfill several requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines Contribute to the overall ad creation strategy.
