Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment & Talent Management:
? Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent.
? Conduct thorough reviews of team performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

? Operations & Project Management:
? Manage and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
? Develop, implement, and oversee systems, documentation, and project management tools (including Asana) to improve
? Organizational workflows.
? Ensure timely completion of projects and operational milestones.
? Organizational Development & Strategy:
? Create, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational success.
? Strategize and execute plans to enhance overall organizational structure and management practices.
? Identify and address operational challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
