Job Description
We are looking for a growth specialist with marketing and copywriting skills to manage and grow our membership platform,Prystia Club’s. This position is ideal for a high-performing individual with a proven track record of driving results as conversion.The core responsibilities include developing and executing innovative membership and retention strategies that align with Prystia’s mission of transformation. You will also be responsible for creating highly engaging and interactive content, the cornerstone of Prystia Club, ensuring it delivers value and fosters member retention and ensures a seamless experience for all members. Success in this role requires strong marketing and copywriting skills.

You will be responsible for
1.Develop and execute strategies to launch, grow, and scale the membership program.
2.Increase member retention rates through targeted initiatives.
3.Create and implement a monthly content plan aligned with the membership’s goals and themes.
4.Develop and deliver digital products for the membership, including a book club, monthly events, challenges, PDFs, and more.
5.Manage the membership community and platform, hosted on Mighty Networks.
6.Provide daily reports via email, summarizing completed tasks and ongoing projects.
7.Analyze published content and make data-driven decisions to enhance Prystia Club’s growth, ensuring member satisfaction and retention.

To qualify for the position, you will need:
Experience in copywriting
Experience in marketing
Experience in strategy and analysis

In addition to having excellent English skills, you need to be at least familiar with:
1.Google workspace
2.Clickup
3.Canva
4.Mighty networks (Training can be provided)

Work schedule and holidays
This is a Part-time position
Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
While the hours are flexible, they must fall between 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine time.
You'll get 3 vacation days during the first 6 months and then 7 vacation days and 3 sick days after the 6-month probation period.
The position includes time off for major holidays.
