JOB OVERVIEW

Starbridge is software that helps businesses find government contracts. Our founder previously had a $200m exit and we are looking for a customer service representative that will respond to an email inbox and phone calls: with the opportunity to grow into a team manager.

The role involves submitting & responding to Freedom of Information Act requests we submit to governments. The process of submitting these requests is semi-automated: but government officials sometimes have questions about the requests or phone calls. Your job is to respond to these questions & phone calls and make sure they have the information they need. You will also partner with our engineering team to provide feedback about the process and brainstorm ways to make the process more streamlined in the future.

Most excitingly: this role has the opportunity to become a manager and a significant compensation boost after the first year given high performance. The ideal candidate is either a) a new college graduate at a top college or b) has exemplary reviews with BPO or customer service work with another company.
