Responsibilities
1. Warm outreach
* Message engaged leads and followers from IG and TikTok.
* Follow-up with warm leads.
* Collect Warm Outreach monthly metrics and identify bottlenecks and improvements.
* Manage and update SOPs
2. Cold Outreach
* Engage with potential leads from other similar IG accounts
* Follow-up with cold outreach leads
* Collect Cold Outreach metrics and identify bottlenecks and improvements
* Manage and update SOPs
3. Social Media Content
* Carousels - Repurpose newsletters or other content into photo carousels and schedule it.
* Repost reels to TikTok and YouTube shorts.
* Manage and update SOPs
4. PR Outreach
* Research and reach out to Podcasters (Email templates provided)
* Research and reach out to journalists of online publications (Email templates provided)
* Research and reach out for influencer and brand collaborations (Email templates provided)
