Healthy Wealthy Nomad In need of a right hand personal VA to transcribe my Voxer messages, turn them into Trello cards, and assign our team members to them based on my commands.

Requirements:
- Speak & Write Excellent English (Musician is a plus)
- Must be able to use Voxer app on your phone at least 4x per day on cell service or wifi with no interruptions in signal

Job Description/Details:
- English Transcription of Voxer Messages
- Proofread, summarize and edit translations
- Follow Templates to Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in Google Docs from our team’s Training Videos
- Create Screenshots with notations for SOPs
- Meticulous attention to detail with thorough confirmation of accurate delegation transcription and processing
- Copy/Paste YouTube Video URLs into our ClickFunnels Member Site & Wordpress Site pages (you will be creating an SOP for this from the video training we have.
- Can manage content in Google Drive, Trello and Evernote
- Update YouTube Video Descriptions (another SOP could be created for this per each brand and company’s requirements)

You will be using the following tools on a regular and daily basis:
1) different email autoresponder/CRM softwares, mostly GetResponse and Ontraport.
2) ClickFunnels (you will need to know or learn how to build landing pages, order pages and sales pages in a process we cal Funnel Hacking. We can train you, however we have a particular pickiness and attention to detail and making everything look awesome, like a grade A paper.
3) Trello - task & project management (creating cards, assigning to boards, and assigning members, updating 4) Voxer on your smart phone - Translate & Transcribe messages and act on them.

I'm a very high-touch CEO and need a VA who is inspired, ready to transcribe, take orders, and delegate based on those orders. If you are grounded, have stable internet connection speeds, can focus on achieving our weekly goals and crushing them, have a high attention to detail, and can spend 8 hours per weekday working on the computer and jamming with me on Voxer, let's go!

Again, $400 per month, plus bonuses based on hitting our goals and opportunity to also be healthy, wealthy and nomadic/happy.
