Marketing Assistant: Email campaigns, lead generation, social media marketing

Looking for a marketing specialist that will design/create/execute marketing campaigns for my email list, help grow my email list, generate leads, create landing pages, email freebies, and manage all my social media marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google). Also, must be knowledgeable in tracking analytics to produce the best outcomes.

For some context, my business sells plants and seeds for flowers, vegetables, and herbs etc.... I have social media accounts on a lot of platforms.
