Responsibilities:
Train and mentor new cold callers, teaching best practices for making outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing company products/services.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve cold callers' performance and communication skills.
Engage prospects with clear, persuasive communication to generate leads during demonstrations or training sessions.
Handle objections and teach strategies to overcome them, focusing on building relationships that close deals or set appointments for the sales team.
Track training progress and outcomes in the company CRM.
Monitor cold callers' performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Previous cold-calling experience is required, along with experience in training or mentoring.
Must have your own equipment, including a computer and noise-cancelling headphones, for a distraction-free working environment.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently while training others.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to motivate others.
