Experienced IG Inbound DM Fitness Coach Setter

***YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS AND APPOINTMENT SETTING FOR ONLINE FITNESS COACHES TO APPLY - YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE IGNORED WITHOUT EXPLICIT PROOF OF EXPERIENCE***

You’ll be setting calls from my inbound Instagram lead campaign - anywhere from 10-20 new hot leads every single day!
Base salary after a 30 day trial period + commission.

Starting from $4/hour negotiable with exp, 50-60 hours a week (unlimited)

Requirements:
* Available to commit full-time immediately
* Willing to work some weekends
* Previous appointment-setting EXPERIENCE
* Should be 10/10 confident in your setting ability
* Extensive knowledge of health and fitness
* Able to work during morning, afternoon, and evening hours in the US timezones
* Values continuous training and skill development from industry leaders

There is the potential to move into a closer position in the future depending on experience.?
There is also potential to assist with other projects in the company, including marketing, scaling, outreach, and more
Look… if you can be on your phone pretty obsessively throughout the day replying to messages (just turn on notifications), take really good notes on convos, create, monitor, and maintain a CRM + KPI’s (I’ll help with this lol), and just work hand in hand with me daily, I can promise you’ll easily clear big numbers in the first month alone.?

The best appointment setters are overly charismatic, neurotic about follow ups, and extremely quick once to lead.
I will dump as much cash into these ads as you can handle the leads, so how much YOU make depends on how much effort YOU want to put in here.?
