Job Title: Sales Funnel Builder and Management Specialist

About Us: E-Merging Venture Enterprises, LLC is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in professional development and media. We are seeking a skilled Sales Funnel Builder and Management Specialist with expertise in using AI tools, along with Calendly for workflows and funnel building platforms to drive lead generation, conversions, and business growth through optimized sales funnel strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Initial Setup and Implementation:
- Set-up and implement comprehensive CRM systems, including email/SMS automations and full lead management processes.
-Advanced Automation: Customize CRM with advanced email and SMS automation to streamline lead nurturing and customer follow-up processes.
- Sales Funnel Development: Design and build 3 to 20-page sales funnels aimed at capturing more leads, enhancing conversions, and optimizing customer journeys.
-Customization Options: Customize funnels and CRM systems based on specific business needs and target audience.
2. Management and Maintenance:
- Account and CRM Management: Provide monthly management of the CRM and sales funnels, ensuring continuous optimization of processes to increase efficiency and performance.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor and adjust funnel performance through A/B testing and data analysis to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Website Integration and Maintenance: Ensure seamless integration of sales funnels with existing/new websites and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure smooth functionality.
3. Reporting and Analytics:- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) for each funnel.
- Provide detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience
- Strong background in sales funnel creation, CRM setup, and marketing automation.
- Experience designing and building multi-page sales funnels (3-20 pages).
- Proficiency in integrating funnels with websites and maintaining their functionality.
- Ability to perform A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven analysis.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with additional CRM platforms or marketing tools.
- Experience in building sales ads (FB, etc.) to implement with sales funnels and offers.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer journey mapping.
- Basic web design skills for effective funnel integration.
