Wordpress Expert Needed For Membership Site

I'm looking for the right person to completely setup a wordpress membership site. You must have previous experience setting membership site up.

This job includes:

Installing wordpress
Installing and setting up necessary plugins
Setting membership levels
Adding Video
Adding descriptions
Adding images/banners/headers
Setting up payment processing for site
And anything included in setting up the membership
