JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a dynamic, proactive, and versatile individual looking to take on a multifaceted role as the right-hand person to the CEO? We are seeking a self-starter who is excellent at marketing, tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage various administrative and creative tasks with minimal supervision. If you are resourceful, willing to learn quickly, and eager to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling, and maintaining workflows.
• Create and manage Google Sheets, Forms, and automations for various business processes.
• Respond to client and team communications promptly and professionally.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including managing social media, creating content, and utilizing Canva for graphics.
• Help plan and execute campaigns and events.
• Support in editing and proofreading documents and marketing materials.
• Find solutions and take initiative in identifying areas for improvement.
• Be willing to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.).
• Experience in marketing, social media management, and using Canva or similar design tools.
• Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” to solve problems.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and software quickly.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Slack, Trello).
• Experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic design.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or marketing role.
