Shopify Dropshipping Customer Service Rep (EU)

I'm looking for an experienced VA to assist with customer support for our dropshipping eCommerce store, primarily handling emails. You'll be responsible for addressing customer requests, complaints, and managing returns/refunds, which is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Dropshipping: Prior experience with dropshipping eCommerce is essential, especially in managing customer expectations and handling refund requests.
Familiarity with the EU Market: Experience in the EU market is important (even better if in German countries)
Proficiency with Shopify: Must be experienced with Shopify and managing customer interactions through the platform.
Comfortable with AI Tools: The ideal candidate should be familiar with ChatGPT and translation tools like DeepL.
System Development: I have existing email templates, but I need help developing SOPs and creating more efficient systems for the future.
Willingness to Learn: Candidates who are open to taking on additional tasks in the future are highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: As someone who values 'perfection', I appreciate candidates who are meticulous and highly organized.


Proof of Work:

Please provide 3-4 examples of email conversations you’ve had with customers, particularly those involving requests for refunds or complaints.
Share any SOPs or systems you’ve previously built or contributed to, especially related to customer service in a dropshipping environment.
Demonstrated experience with Shopify should be clearly shown in your examples.

Commitment:

2 hours per day for the first month, with potential for more work as we grow and scale.
